Freight Charges

All items are freight free to standard residential New Zealand addresses.

Freight charges apply to any rural addresses and are quoted on a case by case basis depending on the size and quantity of product.

Delivery

Due to the fragile nature of our product we use professional furniture carriers where possible. While these have a longer delivery time than general freight, they provide the level of care necessary to deliver your product safely.

Please see approximate delivery times below for items in stock -

• North Island Delivery - Please allow 5 - 7 working days from dispatch
• South Island Delivery - Please Allow 10 -12 working days from dispatch

For items that are in component stock only, please allow 4-5 weeks for manufacture.

Delivery times are estimates only, we endeavour to deliver within the specified time but we do not take responsibility for circumstances outside of our control which may affect the quoted delivery date.

Delivery is complete when the goods arrive at the destination supplied by the customer. Please inspect your goods on delivery and note any damage on the delivery docket.
